Morales Soldevilla Moisés SabinoAscona Arteaga, Paola Rossi2025-10-262025-10-262025https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13028/6747La Tesis “DEBERES DE LOS HIJOS Y LA LEY DE HIPOTECA INVERSA EN LA PROVINCIA DE ICA AL AÑO 2021” tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre las obligaciones de las hijas, hijos para con sus padres y la novísima Ley de Hipoteca Inversa en el ámbito geográfico señalado, así como el período de tiempo indicado. “Para garantizar su efectividad, se han tomado en cuenta las disposiciones legales emitidas por la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga de Ica, incluyendo la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, las Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA, así como la Resolución Rectoral 1320 de julio de 2021, que establece el Esquema para Tesis, y lo dispuesto por la Facultad de Derecho”. “Durante el proceso de recolección de datos, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, empleando los instrumentos: un cuestionario sobre los deberes de los hijos y otro sobre la hipoteca inversa. Estos instrumentos demostraron ser confiables y fueron validados por expertos”. “Los resultados obtenidos sugieren que existen relaciones significativas entre la protección económica brindada por los hijos y la ejecución judicial de la hipoteca inversa, así como entre la protección social proporcionada por los hijos y la ejecución extrajudicial de la hipoteca inversa”.The thesis DUTIES OF CHILDREN AND THE REVERSE MORTGAGE LAW IN THE PROVINCE OF ICA IN 2021 aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the obligations of children towards their parents and the newly enacted Reverse Mortgage Law in the specified geographical area and time period. “To ensure its effectiveness, the legal provisions issued by the National University "San Luis Gonzaga" of Ica were taken into account, including Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, the Research Lines of UNICA, as well as Rectoral Resolution 1320 of July 2021, which establishes the Thesis Scheme, and the provisions from the Faculty of Law”. “During the data collection process, the survey technique was used, employing instruments such as a questionnaire on the duties of children and another on reverse mortgages.
