Material y método: Es una investigación observacional, nivel correlacional, de diseño descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo. La población fue de 166 historias clínicas de niños con anemia y la muestra estuvo constituida por 116, se aplicó el cuestionario de datos como instrumento el cual fue validado. Resultados: los factores asociados al grado de anemia, son el sexo, la edad, peso para la talla, talla para la edad y lactancia materna exclusiva. En el factor demográfico asociado al grado de anemia, dentro de las estadísticas, la anemia leve, el 38.54% era menor de 1 año, el 75.28% son de sexo femenino. En las estadísticas que, presentan anemia moderada, el 55.12% era menor de 1 año, el 80.15% son de sexo femenino. En el factor nutricional, las estadísticas de anemia leve, el 61.69% niños tienen peso para la edad normal, también el 61.69% niños tienen peso para la talla normal, el 65.10% niños tienen talla para la edad normal; el 75.28% niños no tenían prácticas de lactancia materna exclusiva. En las estadísticas que, presentan anemia moderada, el 63.37% niños tienen peso para la edad normal, también el 63.37% niños tienen peso para la talla normal, el 55.18% niños tienen talla par la edad normal; el 80.15% niños no tenían prácticas de lactancia materna exclusiva. Conclusión: Se demostró que existen factores asociados al grado de anemia en niños menores de 5 años que acudieron al Centro de Salud Tinguiña, Ica – 2024.The present study had the Objective: To identify the factors associated with the degree of anemia in children under 5 years of age who attended the Tinguiña Health Center, Ica - 2024. Material and method: It is a non-experimental research, correlational level, descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective design. The population was 166 medical records of children with anemia and the sample consisted of 116, the data questionnaire was applied as an instrument which was validated. Results: The factors associated with the degree of anemia are sex, age, weight for height, height for age and exclusive breastfeeding. In the sociodemographic factor associated with the degree of anemia, within the statistics, mild anemia, 38.54% were under 1 year old, 75.28% are female.
