Para su ejecución se han considerado las siguientes normas legales: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; Ley 26842, Ley General de Salud, Código del Niño y Adolescente, el Estatuto de la UNICA; Normatividad Registral; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta; Técnica del Análisis Documental y los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre Genética; Guía de Análisis Documental sobre Derechos Humanos. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: entre la genética de población y la dimensión ética de los derechos humanos en la legislación comparada al 2023, existe una relación muy importante; entre genética del desarrollo y la dimensión política de los derechos humanos en la legislación comparada al 2023, se produce una relación muy estrecha; entre asesoramiento genético y la dimensión jurídica de los derechos humanos en la legislación comparada al 2023, existe una relación muy considerable.The purpose of the Thesis "Genetics and human rights in comparative legislation to the year 2023" was to demonstrate the relationship between the variables of the study. The following legal provisions have been taken into account for its implementation: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; Law 26842, General Health Law, Child and Adolescent Code, the Statute of UNICA; Registry Regulations; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; the Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulations of Degrees and Titles of the UNICA and the Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, Final Report of the UNICA Thesis. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique was used; Documentary Analysis Technique and Data Collection Instruments: Genetics Questionnaire; Guide to Documentary Analysis on Human Rights.
