Chavez Espinoza, José ArmandoHuaylla Rojas Jesús Abraham2025-10-122025-10-122024https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13028/6700El presente informe de suficiencia profesional desarrolla el estudio de la gestión del área de la oficina técnica en la construcción e implementación de equipos mecánicos para del Proyecto Nuevos Talleres de Mantenimiento en Mina Cuajone de la empresa Souther Peru Copper Corporation, ejecutado por la empresa Imco Servicios S.A.C. en el departamento de Moquegua, donde se señalará las actividades propias del área relacionadas en las fases de la construcción, en específico en la fase de planificación, fase de construcción y fase de cierre, que serán necesarias de conocer para poder llevar la ejecución de un proyecto multidisciplinario de gran envergadura. Para la primera fase de planificación se tocarán temas previos como conocer toda la información del paquete entregada por el cliente, basada en el expediente técnico donde se detallarán los alcances a tener en cuenta del proyecto, cronogramas, presupuesto, planos generales, básicos, suministros críticos, entre otros. Para la segunda fase se explicará la gestión documentaria y aplicación de la ingeniería a realizar para brindar el soporte técnico necesario a la línea de mando en campo, esto se basará en la unificación de todas disciplinas para detectar interferencias que puedan demandar impactos grandes en tema de tiempo para la ejecución de actividades, para ello se estará en constante interacción con la supervisión del cliente para absolver las dudas por medio de consultas emitidas, a la par se completarán los metrados para todas las disciplinas y se procederá con la compra de los suministros que estén dentro de las partidas del contratista, posteriormente se seguirá con el armado de las valorizaciones de acuerdo al avance del proyecto en base al balance de metrados que se definido con la supervisión del cliente, con el transcurso de la ejecuciones de las actividades se presentarán adicionales que serán resueltos por la ingeniería aplicada en campo bajo supervisión de oficina técnica ya que están deberán ser sustentadas con sus respectivos planos, metrados, presupuestos al cliente. Para la tercera etapa de cierre se explicará que entregables deberá entregar el área de oficina técnica para que el cliente pueda dar como culminado el proyecto.
