Región Ica 2021; para lo cual se empleó una metodología con enfoque cualitativo con una población de 40 familias del Asentamiento Humano Tierra Prometida de la región Ica, específicamente en la Asociación de Vivienda Camino a Carhuaz, la muestra fue de 8 personas. Los hallazgos mostraron que el marco legal es ineficiente en el proceso de formalización de la propiedad desde la perspectiva de los habitantes de la Asociación de Vivienda Camino a Carhuaz del Asentamiento Humano Tierra Prometida en la Región Ica ya que se encuentran deficiencias organizacionales y burocráticas desde las entidades de gobierno. ----- The objective of this investigation is to determine the effectiveness of the Peruvian legal framework in the property formalization process: the case of the Camino a Carhuaz Housing Association of the Promised Land Human Settlement.
