Se realizo un estudio conformado por gestantes adolescentes y añosas con presencia de óbito fetal que fueron atendidas en el Hospital Santa María del Socorro en los años 2020-2021, la investigación es de tipo retrospectivo, transversal, observacional, descriptivo y comparativo. Después del análisis comparativo establecemos que los determinantes asociados a presencia de óbito fetal se encontraron que grado de instrucción secundaria con un mayor porcentaje de 66.7% en adolescentes y 68.2% en añosas, ocupación se encontró un alto porcentaje que eran ama de casa con 58.3% en adolescentes y 77.2% en añosas, un mayor porcentaje que vivián en zona rural con el 66.7% en adolescentes y 72.7% en añosas, en cuanto a estado civil en adolescentes se encontraron el 58.3% solteras a diferencia de las añosas se encontró el 59.1% eran convivientes, la edad gestacional se encontró mayor porcentaje mayores de 28 semanas de gestación en adolescentes con el 91.7% y en añosas con el 88.2%, en cuanto a paridad se encontró en adolescentes el 75% nulíparas a diferencia de las añosas el 59.2% multíparas, en cuanto a periodo intergenésico en adolescentes el 75% era se primera gestación a diferencia de las añosas el 54.5% tenían un periodo intergenésico menor de 18 meses, en adolescentes con el 75% tenían menos de 6 controles y en añosas un 77.3%, en cuanto a antecedente de aborto en adolescentes el 91.7% no presento a diferencia de las añosas el 63.6% si tuvo antecedente de aborto, son determinantes asociados a presencia de óbito fetal. Los Determinantes asociados a óbito fetal en gestantes adolescentes y añosas del Hospital Santa María del Socorro en el periodo 2020-2021 son grado de instrucción secundaria, ama de casa, procedencia de zona rural, edad gestacional mayor de 28 semanas, menos de 6 controles prenatales encontrándose presente tanto en gestantes adolescentes como añosas, el estado civil soltera se encontró en adolescentes a diferencia con las añosas que eran convivientes, en gestantes adolescentes eran nulíparas a diferencia de añosas que eran multíparas, el periodo intergenésico menor de 18 semanas y antecedente de aborto solo en gestantes añosas a diferencia de las adolescentes por no tener antecedentes de gestación anterior. ----- Determine the determinants associated with the presence of fetal death in pregnant adolescents and elderly women at the Santa María del Socorro Hospital, period 2020 – 2021.
