La recolección de información se realizó con el Inventario Burnout de Maslach – Student Survey adaptado a Perú en estudiantes universitarios del área de salud mediante una encuesta virtual como instrumento debido a la coyuntura nacional. Los datos se analizaron a través del programa estadístico IBM SPSS y Microsoft Excel 2019. El Inventario Burnout de Maslach fue confiable, con un coeficiente de alfa de Crombach de .84 para Agotamiento Emocional, .70 para Cinismo y .75 para Eficacia Académica. No se observaron relaciones significativas entre la prevalencia de burnout y las variables sociodemográficas. Ambas variables han permutado por igual en los universitarios, es decir, afecta de la misma forma. ----- To determine the relationship of the Academic Burnout Syndrome with Sociodemographic Factors in Psychology students of the National University "San Luis Gonzaga", period 2020-II. The Maslach Burnout Inventory was reliable, with a Crombach alpha coefficient of .84 for Emotional Exhaustion, .70 for Cynicism, and .75 for Academic Efficiency. No significant relationships were observed between the prevalence of burnout and the sociodemographic variables.
