Optimización del diseño de voladura en la fragmentación del macizo rocoso – u.e.a. aquia – S.M.R.L. magistral de Huaraz S.A.C. 2024

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar que la optimización del diseño de voladura influye en la fragmentación del macizo rocoso – U.E.A. Aquía – S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C. 2024. Es un estudio de tipo aplicada, descriptivo, explicativo, experimental, transversal, la muestra se constituye por las labores de subnivel, chimenea y galerías, pertinentes a la U.E.A. Aquía, en el año 2024. Se determinó al optimizar el diseño de voladura favorece la fragmentación del macizo rocoso, pues se obtuvo una reducción del parámetro P80 en 29.89% en el tercer trimestre respecto al segundo trimestre, se obtuvo un promedio total de 0.388 Kg/tn, que a pesar de ser mayor al del segundo trimestre, aun cumple con el mínimo requerido en el plan de minado, de la misma manera, se obtuvo un incremento de 243.9 tn a 281.3 tn, es decir, aumenta en 15.33% en el tercer trimestre respecto al segundo trimestre y finalmente, se obtuvo una reducción de 6.563 a 5.740$/tn, es decir, se redujo en 12.54%, en el tercer trimestre respecto al segundo trimestre, en las operaciones de U.E.A. Aquía, Magistral de Huaraz, 2024.

The general objective of the research is to determine that the optimization of the blasting design influences the fragmentation of the rock mass – U.E.A. Aquia – S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C. 2024. It is an applied, descriptive, explanatory, experimental, cross-sectional study, the sample is made up of the sublevel, chimney and galleries work, pertinent to the U.E.A. Here, in the year 2024. It was determined that the Blasting Structure favors the fragmentation of the rock mass, since a reduction of the P80 parameter was obtained by 29.89% in the third quarter compared to the second quarter, a total average of 0.388 Kg/tn was obtained, which despite being higher than in the second quarter, still meets the minimum required in the mining plan. In the same way, an increase was obtained from 243.9 tons to 281.3 tons, that is, an increase of 15.33% in the third quarter compared to the second quarter and finally, a reduction was obtained from $6,563 to $5,740/ton, that is, it was reduced by 12.54%, in the third quarter compared to the second quarter, in the operations of U.E.A. Aquia, Magistral de Huaraz, 2024.
