dc.description.abstractEfectos de la aplicación de tres pesticidas y comprobar el nivel de residuos en el cultivo de vid (Vitis vinífera L.), variedad Autumn crisp en Los Molinos - Ica, zona alta del valle de Ica, analizado por BUREAU VERITAS (INSPECTORATE SERVICES PERÚ S.A.C.) en racimos de uvas de la variedad Autumn crisp, presento trazas de las materias activas, Difenoconazole 0.016 mg/kg, Spirotetramat 0.039 mg/kg y Cyprodinil 0.18 mg/kg valores por debajo de los Limites Máximo de Residuos del Codex Alimentarius: 3.0 mg/kg Difenoconazole, 2.0 mg/kg Spirotetramat y Cyprodinil 3.0 mg/kg. USA: 3.0 mg/kg Difenoconazole, 1.3 mg/kg Spirotetramat y Cyprodinil 3.0 mg/kg. EU: 0.5 mg/kg Difenoconazole, 2.0 mg/kg Spirotetramat y Cyprodinil 3.0 mg/kg. La lista de Limites de Residuos Permisibles de los mercados, las normativas internacionales, indican que, la sumatoria de todos los ingredientes activos detectados en el análisis de residuos no deben exceder el 70 % de concentración de químicos en la fruta, de darse el caso, ocasionaría el rechazo. En las pruebas de “Duncan” sobresalen los productos químicos en las siguientes características: Porcentaje de daños en hojas antes y después de la aplicación, el producto Cyprodinil/550 g/ha, con resultados de 15.21 y 1.67%. Porcentaje de daños en racimos previa y después de la aplicación, con el producto Cyprodinil/550|, con resultados de 5.85 y 1.75%, rendimiento de racimos (kg/ha), los productos Cyprodinil/500 g/ha y Cyprodinil/550 g/ha y Difeconazole/0.250 L/ha, con resultados de 36,143; 35,571 y 34,857 kg/ha de racimos. ----- Effects of the application of three pesticides and check the level of residues in the cultivation of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.), Autumn crisp variety in Los Molinos - Ica, high zone of the Ica valley, analyzed by BUREAU VERITAS (INSPECTORATE SERVICES PERÚ S.A.C. ) in bunches of grapes of the Autumn crisp variety, showed traces of the active ingredients Difenoconazole 0.016 mg/kg, Spirotetramat 0.039 mg/kg and Cyprodinil 0.18 mg/kg, values below the Maximum Residue Limits of the Codex Alimentarius: 3.0 mg/kg Difenoconazole, 2.0 mg/kg Spirotetramat and Cyprodinil 3.0 mg/kg. The list of Permissible Residue Limits of the markets and international regulations indicate that the sum of all the active ingredients detected in the residue analysis must not exceed 70% of the concentration of chemicals in the fruit, if this is the case, it will result in rejection. In the "Duncan" tests, the chemical products stood out in the following characteristics: Percentage of damage to leaves before and after application, the product Cyprodinil/550 g/ha, with results of 15.21 and 1.67%. Percentage of bunch damage before and after application, with the product Cyprodinil/550|, with results of 5.85 and 1.75%, bunch yield (kg/ha), the products Cyprodinil/500 g/ha and Cyprodinil/550 g/ha and Difeconazole/0.250 L/ha, with results of 36,143; 35,571 and 34,857 kg/ha of bunches.
