Resumen
El presente proyecto Rehabilitación de la locomotora G.E. N° 1028 con un motor diesel de 3900 HP
re manufacturado tiene como objetivo aumentar el parque tractivo y mejorar la confiabilidad de la
locomotora, para lograrlo se rehabilito la locomotora G.E. N° 1028 la cual estaba inoperativa por falla
del motor diesel para luego ser cambiado por uno re manufacturado con la misma potencia de 3900
HP, realizando las siguientes etapas para su operatividad: la evaluación del estado de la locomotora
G.E. N° 1028 y de los componentes principales, la elaboración de un plan de trabajo, proceso de
adquisición principal de un motor diesel re manufacturado modelo 7FDL-16 de 3900 HP, desmontaje
y montaje de componentes de los sistemas mecánico, eléctrico y neumático, seguido de pruebas de
funcionamiento para culminar con la evaluación de los resultados obtenidos de la intervención
realizada en la máquina.
Obteniendo la incorporación de la locomotora N° 1028 G.E. C39 al parque tractivo dentro de los
plazos determinados en la etapa de planificación. Concluyéndose que al realizar la rehabilitación de
la locomotora G.E. N° 1028, se aumenta la cantidad de locomotoras disponibles y se mejora la
confiabilidad del parque tractivo, asi reduciendo la cantidad de fallas que se presentaban por mes del
parque tractivo.
The present project Rehabilitation of the locomotive G.E. No. 1028 with a diesel engine of 3900 HP re manufactured aims to increase the tractive fleet and improve the reliability of the Locomotive, in order to this it was rehabilitated the locomotor G. E. No 1028 which was inoperative due to the failure of the diesel engine and then to be replaced by a re manufacture with the same power of 3 900 HP, carrying out the following steps for its operability: the evaluation of the state of the G.I. N. No.1028 and the main components, the elaboration of a work plan, the main process of acquisition of a re manufactured diesel engine model 7DLF-16 of 3,900 HP, disassembly and assembly of components of the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, followed by operating tests to culminate with the assessment of the results obtained from the intervention carried out in the machine. Obtaining the incorporation of locomotive no. 1028 G.E. C39 into the tractor fleet within the deadlines determined in the planning phase. Concluding that through the rehabilitation of the locomotive G.E. No. 1028, the number of locomotives available is increased and the reliability of the fleet of tractors is improved, thereby reducing the amount of faults that occur monthly.
