Abstract

TITULO: Estimación técnica económica en el proceso de perforación mediante un estudio comparativo de brocas tricónicas en el tajo Mina 14, Contrata Cosapi Minería S.A.C. Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. 2024 OBJETIVOS: Determinar la optimización del proceso de perforación mediante un estudio comparativo de brocas tricónicas en el tajo Mina 14 – Shougan Hierro Perú para Cosapi Minería, 2023. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: El siguiente estudio es una investigación de tipo experimental y aplicada, nivel explicativo y descriptivo; las técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación directa y el fichaje, usando como instrumentos los reportes diarios de perforación CONCLUSION: En el presente trabajo de investigación se determinó que el estudio comparativo de brocas triconicas incurre de manera significativa en el proceso de perforación en Contrata Cosapi minería S.A.C.; en el año 2023, al obtenerse un 2.5 % menos brocas en Sandvik y un 2.3% en las brocas de PDB Tools con respecto al Costo total de perforación en el 2022.

TITLE: Economic technical estimation in the drilling process through a comparative study of triconical bits in the Mina 14 pit, Contract Cosapi Minería S.A.C. Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. 2024. OBJECTIVES: To determine the optimization of the drilling process through a comparative study of triconical bits in the Mina 14 pit - Shougan Hierro Perú for Cosapi Minería, 2023. MATERIAL AND METHOD: The following study is an experimental and applied research, explanatory and descriptive level; the techniques used were the direct observation and the recording, using as instruments the daily drilling reports. CONCLUSION: In the present research work it was determined that the comparative study of triconical drill bits incurs significantly in the drilling process in Contrata Cosapi minería S.A.C.; in the year 2023, by obtaining 2.5% less drill bits in Sandvik and 2.3% in PDB Tools drill bits with respect to the total cost of drilling in 2022.
