Calidad de atención y satisfacción del usuario del servicio de Odontología, en un Centro de Salud, Pisco, 2025

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención y el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes del área de Odontologia del Centro de Salud Tupac Amaru Inca, Pisco 2025. Estrategia metodológica: Tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, observacional, transversal y de nivel relacional. La muestra se conformó por 304 usuarios que acudieron al servicio de Odontología. La técnica fue la encuesta y se aplicaron dos instrumentos, para medir la calidad de atención y otro para las expectativas y percepciones de la atención brindada. Resultados: No existe relación entre la calidad de atención en su dimensión calidad objetiva y la satisfacción de los pacientes del servicio de Odontología (p=,817), con un coeficiente de correlación positivo y de grado muy bajo (Rho de Spearman= 0,013). No existe relación entre la calidad de atención en su dimensión calidad subjetiva y la satisfacción de los pacientes (p=,723), con un coeficiente de correlación positivo y de grado muy bajo (Rho de Spearman= 0,020). El nivel de calidad de atención fue percibido como bueno en el 65.8%; el 34.2%, nivel regular y ningún paciente un nivel malo. La satisfacción de los pacientes fue insatisfecho en el 74.7% y el 25.3%, satisfecho. Conclusión: No existe relación entre la calidad de atención y la satisfacción de los pacientes del servicio de Odontología del Centro de Salud Tupac Amaru, Pisco, 2025 (p=646); un coeficiente de correlación positivo y de grado muy bajo (Rho de Spearman= 0,026).
Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of care and the level of patient satisfaction in the Dentistry Department of the Tupac Amaru Inca Health Center, Pisco, 2025. Methodological Strategy: A quantitative, observational, cross-sectional, and relational approach was used. The sample consisted of 304 users who attended the Dentistry service. The technique used was a survey, and two instruments were applied: one to measure the quality of care and another to measure expectations and perceptions of the care provided. Results: There was no relationship between the quality of care in its objective quality dimension and patient satisfaction in the Dentistry service (p = 0.817), with a positive rating coefficient and a very low degree (Spearman's rho = 0.013). There was also no relationship between the quality of care in its subjective quality dimension and patient satisfaction (p = 0.723), with a positive evaluation coefficient and a very low degree (Spearman's rho = 0.020). The quality of care was perceived as good by 65.8% of patients, fair by 34.2%, and poor by no patients. Patient satisfaction was 74.7% dissatisfied and 25.3% satisfied. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the quality of care and patient satisfaction of the Dentistry service of the Tupac Amaru Health Center, Pisco, 2025 (p=646); a positive correlation coefficient and of very low degree (Spearman's rho= 0.026).
