Diagnóstico de la concentración foliar de elementos nutricionales en el cultivo del pecano (Carya illinoinensis K.), cultivar Mahan en Santiago - Ica

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación titulado “Diagnostico de la concentración foliar de elementos nutricionales en el cultivo de pecano (Carya illinoinensis K.), cultivar Mahan en Santiago-Ica tuvo como objetivo determinar las concentraciones nutricionales en cada una de sus etapas fenológicas para un manejo agronómico más eficiente. Se realizaron análisis foliares en sus etapas de brotación, floración y fructificación durante una campaña, teniendo en cuenta el análisis del suelo que llego a la conclusión de un terreno franco apto para el cultivo. La investigación tuvo como resultado referente a los macronutrientes en la primera muestra de brotamiento: N (2.98% 9.11 kg/ha), P (0.31% 0.94 kg/ha), K (1.28% 3.91 kg/ha), Ca (1.64% 5.01 kg/ha), Mg(0.36% 1.10 kg/ha); en la segunda muestra floración-fructificación: N (2.48% 15.17 kg/ha), P (0.18% 1.10 kg/ha), K (1.29% 7.89 kg/ha), Ca (1.81% 11.07 kg/ha), Mg(0.39% 2.08 kg/ha) y en la tercera muestra maduración: N (2.07% 15.8 kg/ha), P (0.15% 1.14 kg/ha), K (0.81% 6.19 kg/ha), Ca (1.88% 14.38 kg/ha), Mg(0.22% 1.68 kg/ha) de altas a normales, salvo el Azufre en la primera muestra (0.14% 0.42 kg/ha), segunda muestra (0.13% 0.79 kg/ha) y en la tercera muestra (0.17% 1.30 kg/ha) de valores bajo en todas las muestras; microelementos en la primera muestra brotamiento: Na (0.05% 0.15 kg/ha), Cl (0.11% 0.33 kg/ha), Cu (18.05 ppm 0.5513 kg/ha), Zn (56.55 ppm 0.1730 kg/ha), Mn (326.00 ppm 0.9975 kg/ha), Fe (165.35 ppm 0.5059 kg/ha), Br (56.00 ppm 0.1713 kg/ha), materia seca (37.52%); en la segunda muestra floración-fructificación: Na (0.04% 0.24 kg/ha), Cu (15.10 ppm 0.7956 kg/ha), Zn (43.50 ppm 0.2662 kg/ha), Mn (442.50 ppm 0.2708 kg/ha), Fe (157.45 ppm 0.9635 kg/ha), Br (91.00 ppm 0.5569 kg/ha), materia seca (48.74%) y en la tercera muestra maduración: Na (0.08% 0.61 kg/ha), Cl (0.18% 1.37 kg/ha), Cu (7.50 ppm 0.5737 kg/ha), Zn (33.55 ppm 0.2566 kg/ha), Mn (719.00 ppm 0.5500 kg/ha), Fe (156.45 ppm 0.1196 kg/ha), Br (194.50 ppm 0.1497 kg/ha) (44.10%). El Cloro no tuvo presencia en el estado fenológico de la floración plena y maduración.


The research study entitled “Diagnosis of the Foliar Concentration of Nutritional Elements in Pecan Cultivation (Carya illinoinensis K.), cultivar Mahan in Santiago-Ica” aimed to determine the nutritional concentrations at each of its phenological stages for a more efficient agronomic management. Foliar analyses were carried out during the sprouting, flowering, and fruiting stages throughout one growing season, taking into account the soil analysis, which concluded that the soil had a loamy texture suitable for cultivation. The research results regarding macronutrients in the first sprouting sample were as follows: N (2.98% 9.11 kg/ha), P (0.31% 0.94 kg/ha), K (1.28% 3.91 kg/ha), Ca (1.64% 5.01 kg/ha), Mg (0.36% 1.10 kg/ha); In the second sample, floweringfruiting: N (2.48% 15.17 kg/ha), P (0.18% 1.10 kg/ha), K (1.29% 7.89 kg/ha), Ca (1.81% 11.07 kg/ha), Mg (0.39% 2.08 kg/ha) and in the third sample, ripening: N (2.07% 15.8 kg/ha), P (0.15% 1.14 kg/ha), K (0.81% 6.19 kg/ha), Ca (1.88% 14.38 kg/ha), Mg (0.22% 1.68 kg/ha) from high to normal, except for Sulfur in the first sample (0.14% 0.42 kg/ha), second sample (0.13% 0.79 kg/ha) and in the third sample (0.17% 1.30 kg/ha) low values in all samples; microelements in the first sprouting sample: Na (0.05% 0.15 kg/ha), Cl (0.11% 0.33 kg/ha), Cu (18.05 ppm 0.5513 kg/ha), Zn (56.55 ppm 0.1730 kg/ha), Mn (326.00 ppm 0.9975 kg/ha), Fe (165.35 ppm 0.5059 kg/ha), Br (56.00 ppm 0.1713 kg/ha), dry matter (37.52%); In the second sample, floweringfruiting: Na (0.04% 0.24 kg/ha), Cu (15.10 ppm 0.7956 kg/ha), Zn (43.50 ppm 0.2662 kg/ha), Mn (442.50 ppm 0.2708 kg/ha), Fe (157.45 ppm 0.9635 kg/ha), Br (91.00 ppm 0.5569 kg/ha), dry matter (48.74%) and in the third sample, ripening: Na (0.08% 0.61 kg/ha), Cl (0.18% 1.37 kg/ha), Cu (7.50 ppm 0.5737 kg/ha), Zn (33.55 ppm 0.2566 kg/ha), Mn (719.00 ppm 0.5500 kg/ha), Fe (156.45 ppm 0.1196 kg/ha), Br (194.50 ppm 0.1497 kg/ha) (44.10%), Chlorine was not present at the phenological stage.
