dc.description.abstractLa investigación buscó demostrar con rigurosidad que la aplicación de Match Factor mejora la productividad del carguío y transporte en la Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. en el 2022. El estudio tuvo una metodología de tipo aplicada, de alcance explicativo, y de diseño pre-experimental con postest, en donde se tuvo como muestra a la Mina 14 de la Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú en el año 2022. Entre los resultados, se encontró que en cuanto a los tiempos en el carguío y acarreo sin el factor acoplamiento, se dieron 13 viajes con un tiempo de 81,60 minutos, con un costo de 3,71 dólares por metro cubico, y con un rendimiento de 62,44 metros cúbicos por hora; a diferencia con el factor acoplamiento, en donde se dieron 12 viajes con un tiempo de 70,03 minutos, con un costo de 3,19 dólares por metro cubico, y con un rendimiento de 75,05 metros cúbicos por hora. En cuanto al transporte, sin el factor se dieron 15 viajes con un tiempo de 18,34 minutos, con un costo de 5,77 dólares por metro cubico, y con un rendimiento de 39,53 metros cúbicos por hora; a diferencia con el factor, en donde se dieron 14 viajes con un tiempo de 16,76 minutos, con un costo de 5,28 dólares por metro cubico, y con un rendimiento de 43,31 metros cúbicos por hora. Se concluyó que efectivamente Match Factor mejora la productividad del carguío y transporte en la Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. en el 2022. ----- The research sought to rigorously demonstrate that the application of Match Factor improves the productivity of loading and transportation in Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. in 2022. The study had an applied methodology, of explanatory scope, and pre-experimental design with post-test, where the sample was taken from Mine 14 of Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú in the year 2022. Among the results, it was found that in terms of loading and hauling times without the coupling factor, there were 13 trips with a time of 81.60 minutes, at a cost of 3.71 dollars per cubic meter, and with a yield of 62.44 cubic meters per hour; in contrast, with the coupling factor, there were 12 trips with a time of 70.03 minutes, at a cost of 3.19 dollars per cubic meter, and with a yield of 75.05 cubic meters per hour. As for transportation, without the factor, there were 15 trips with a time of 18.34 minutes, with a cost of 5.77 dollars per cubic meter, and with a yield of 39.53 cubic meters per hour; in contrast, with the factor, there were 14 trips with a time of 16.76 minutes, with a cost of 5.28 dollars per cubic meter, and with a yield of 43.31 cubic meters per hour. It was concluded that Match Factor effectively improves the productivity of loading and transportation in Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. in 2022.
