Abstract
The general objective of the research is to determine that the design and implementation of a procedure influences the updating of the environmental aspects matrix - CN Minería y Construcción - 2025. It is a quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional study, the sample is constituted by the mining transport operations carried out by the CN Mining Contractor S.A.C., in the Condestable Mining Unit, in the year 2025. The implementation of the procedure allowed a comprehensive update of the environmental aspects matrix, incorporating 111 items and a substantial increase in the identification coverage, by integrating logistical and administrative processes. The structured quantitative evaluation made it possible to rank the risks efficiently, resulting in the classification of only two aspects (1.8%) as significant, which makes it possible to strategically focus resources on critical impacts. In addition, 111 differentiated operational controls were established, each with its respective responsible party, execution schedule and effectiveness KPIs, strengthening the response capacity and continuous monitoring within the environmental management system. This methodological approach, characterized by its technical structure and inter-area participation, has turned the matrix into a dynamic and functional tool, fully aligned with current regulatory and operational requirements. As a result, the continuous improvement of environmental performance and the real effectiveness of the actions implemented in CN Minería y Construcción is guaranteed.
