Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera beneficia el
proyecto de Vivienda Colectiva de usos Mixtos como Alternativa de Integración Social para la
Consolidación de los Grupos Vulnerables en el Asentamiento Humano Bella Vista, los Aquijes,
Ica, ya que en este distrito no existe programas de resguardo social urbano para las personas
asentadas en espacios vulnerables como las laderas, tampoco hay una planificación urbana
ejecutada, es por ello modo que se realiza el proyecto de vivienda colectiva como alternativa de
integración y resguardo a la sociedad, permitiendo la unificación de la zona considerando
equipamientos básicos tales como: vivienda, salud, educación y recreación, generando una
revaloración territorial y cultural.
Asimismo, tiene un enfoque cualitativo, de nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental,
utilizando como técnica de muestreo a habitantes del Asentamiento Humano del distrito de
Aquijes. Se emplearon encuestas y entrevistas, también se recopiló información secundaria de
fuentes bibliográficas. La recolección de datos y el diseño arquitectónico se llevaron a cabo
utilizando software como Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator y Twinmotion.
Por lo tanto, el tema abordado tiene una gran relevancia, ya que en los últimos años la
expansión urbana informal es uno de los problemas sociales más grandes de toda Latinoamérica,
a todo esto, la acelerada expansión informal que conlleva a una mirada racionalista tanto en el
aspecto político, cultural y social para entender y reflexionar sobre la ciudad.
The objective of this research is to determine how the Mixed-Use Collective Housing project benefits as an Alternative for Social Integration for the Consolidation of Vulnerable Groups in the Bella Vista Human Settlement, Los Aquijes, Ica, since in this district there is no . urban social protection programs for people settled in vulnerable spaces such as hillsides, there is no urban planning carried out either, which is why the collective housing project is carried out as an alternative for integration and protection for society, allowing the unification of the society. area considering basic equipment such as: housing, health, education and recreation, generating a territorial and cultural revaluation. Likewise, it has a qualitative approach, descriptive level and non-experimental design, using inhabitants of the Human Settlement of the Aquijes district as a sampling technique. Surveys and interviews were used, secondary information was also collected from bibliographic sources. Data collection and architectural design were carried out using software such as Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and Twinmotion. Therefore, the topic addressed has great relevance, since in recent years informal urban expansion is one of the biggest social problems in all of Latin America, in addition to all this, the accelerated informal expansion that entails a rationalist view both in the political, cultural and social aspect to understand and reflect on the city.
