Implementación del IPER y su influencia en la disminución de accidentes en el área de flotación de la planta Mercurio Nazca 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada Implementación del IPER y su influencia en la disminución de accidentes en el área de flotación de la planta Mercurio, Nasca, 2022, es un estudio teórico y de campo de tipo aplicado y de nivel explicativo, no experimental, con dos partes fundamentales en su desarrollo, una teórica en la que se aborda los fundamentos de la investigación en torno al Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y el IPERC, cuyo objetivo implementar un SSSO en base al IPER base en una planta de beneficio dedicada a la flotación de sulfuros de cobre, en la cual no se contaba con un SSSSO ni el desarrollo del IPER, por lo cual los trabajadores se desempeñaban en sus áreas de trabajo en constante peligro. Previamente a a implementación del IPER se hizo la evaluación de cumplimiento de la norma OHSAS 18001-2015, cuyo resultado indicó que la planta no cumple con ella y que esto se debe a la falta de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. En la planta no había registros de los accidentes e incidentes ocurridos en los últimos años y tampoco un sistema organizado y planificado para asegurar la integridad y la salud de los trabajadores.

The present investigation entitled Implementation of IPER and its influence on the reduction of accidents in the flotation area of the Mercury plant, Nasca, 2022, is a theoretical and field study of an applied type and of an explanatory level, not experimental, with two parts. fundamental in its development, a theoretical one in which the fundamentals of the investigation about the Occupational Health and Safety System and the IPERC are addressed, whose objective is to implement an SSSO based on the IPER base in a benefit plant dedicated to the flotation of copper sulphides, in which there was no SSSSO or the development of the IPER, for which the workers performed in their work areas in constant danger. Prior to the implementation of the IPER, an evaluation of compliance with the OHSAS 18001-2015 standard was made, the result of which indicated that the plant does not comply with it and that this is due to the lack of an Occupational Health and Safety System. At the plant there were no records of accidents and incidents that had occurred in recent years, nor was there an organized and planned system to ensure the integrity and health of workers
