dc.description.abstractCon el objetivo de evaluar la respuesta a la coinoculación con rizobacterias en rendimiento y contenido de Nitrógeno en el grano de pallar precoz, se planificó investigar en condiciones edafoclimáticas del valle de Ica, en un suelo de textura franco arenoso, con bajo contenido de materia orgánica y nitrógeno, alto en fósforo, reacción moderadamente alcalina, capacidad media de intercambio catiónico. Los tratamientos fueron: T1(Bacillus sp.+ Bradyrhizobium sp.), T2(Bacillus sp. + B. yuanmingense), T3(Bacillus sp. + Bradyrhizobium sp. + B. yuanmingense), T4(testigo fertilizado), T5(testigo absoluto) que se evaluaron en Diseño en Bloques Complemente al Azar, con cinco repeticiones. No hubo diferencia significativa en el porcentaje de emergencia, longitud de la parte aérea y radicular, peso de 100 granos, nódulos por planta y contenido de N; el T3 y el testigo fertilizado, con 46.46 y 44.50 g de peso seco de biomasa aérea por planta, superaron al testigo absoluto que obtuvo 34.82 g de peso seco; los tratamientos coinoculados y el testigo absoluto, presentaron entre 41.28 y 30.33 nódulos por planta, superando al testigo fertilizado con 20.68 nódulos; los tratamientos inoculados y el testigo fertilizado con 24.23 a 21.73 vainas por planta, superaron al testigo absoluto con 20.76 vainas por planta. El contenido de N en el grano, fue similar para todos los tratamientos; los tratamientos inoculados y el testigo fertilizado destacaron con rendimientos de 2,844.27 a 2,493.75 kg/ha, superando al testigo absoluto con 2,380.73 kg/ha. Se concluye que la coinoculación tuvo efecto positivo en las variables evaluadas, recomendando su utilización. ----- In order to evaluate the response to coinoculation with rhizobacteria in yield and Nitrogen content in early Lima beans, it was planned to investigate under edaphoclimatic conditions in the Ica Valley, in a sandy loam soil with low organic matter content. and nitrogen, high in phosphorus, moderately alkaline reaction, medium cation exchange capacity. The treatments were: T1(Bacillus sp.+ Bradyrhizobium sp.), T2(Bacillus sp. + B. yuanmingense), T3(Bacillus sp. + Bradyrhizobium sp. + B. yuanmingense), T4(fertilized control), T5(control absolute) that were evaluated in Randomized Block Design, with five repetitions. There was no significant difference in the percentage of emergence, length of the aerial and root part, weight of 100 grains, nodules per plant and N content; T3 and the fertilized control, with 46.46 and 44.50 g of dry weight of aerial biomass per plant, surpassed the absolute control that obtained 34.82 g of dry weight; the coinoculated treatments and the absolute control, presented between 41.28 and 30.33 nodules per plant, surpassing the fertilized control with 20.68 nodules; the inoculated treatments and the fertilized control with 24.23 to 21.73 pods per plant, surpassed the absolute control with 20.76 pods per plant. The N content in the grain was similar for all treatments; the inoculated treatments and the fertilized control stood out with yields of 2,844.27 to 2,493.75 kg/ha, surpassing the absolute control with 2,380.73 kg/ha. It is concluded that coinoculation had a positive effect on the variables evaluated, recommending its use.
