Motivación y desempeño laboral en los trabajadores del Área de Secretaría General del Gobierno Regional de Lima, 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como propósito determinar como la motivación influye en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área de secretaría general del Gobierno Regional de Lima. La investigación es de tipo no experimental, nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional, la población de estudio y la muestra estuvo conformado 40 trabadores se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y se aplicó como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados obtenidos muestran una relación significativa entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral The purpose of this research work is to determine how motivation influences the job performance of workers in the General Secretariat area of the Regional Government of Lima. The research is of a non-experimental type, descriptive level and correlational design, the study population and the sample consisted of 40 workers, the survey technique was used and the questionnaire was applied as an instrument. The results obtained show a significant relationship between motivation and job performance.
