Resumen
La mejora continua consiste en un esfuerzo persistente hacia la
perfección. Se enfoca en impulsar iniciativas que perfeccionen procesos,
servicios o productos, con el fin de elevar la calidad y minimizar los
desechos. Esta mejora continua desde hace tiempo, ya viene siendo
implementado en diversas organizaciones y la actividad minera no es
exento a ella, ya que conduce mediante sus fases a mejorar los procesos.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar que
la aplicación de la mejora continua influye en la extracción minera de la
U.E.A. Aquía – S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C. – 2023. El estudio es de
tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo explicativo, diseño experimental en su
modalidad pre experimental transversal, la población y muestra se
conforma por las operaciones mineras en la Unidad Minera Aquía
pertinente a S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C., en el año 2023. Se
determinó que la aplicación de la mejora continua influye en la
extracción minera de la empresa, puesto que, se consiguió una cantidad
de 37 743.42 toneladas, mayor a los 32 585.99 toneladas del año
antecesor y a las 35 400 toneladas programadas; además, se elevó la
disponibilidad mecánica de los equipos mineros, se redujo el factor de
potencia en la perforación y voladura y se optimizó el transporte minero
en las operaciones de S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C., en el año 2023.
Continuous improvement is a persistent striving toward perfection. It focuses on promoting initiatives that improve processes, services or products, in order to raise quality and minimize waste. This continuous improvement has been implemented in various organizations for some time and mining activity is not exempt from it, since it leads through its phases to improve processes. The main objective of this research is to determine that the application of continuous improvement influences the mining extraction of the U.E.A. Aquia – S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C. – 2023. The study is of applied type, explanatory descriptive level, experimental design in its cross-sectional pre-experimental modality, the population and sample is made up of the mining operations in the Aquia Mining Unit pertinent to S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C., in the year 2023. It was determined that the application of continuous improvement influences the mining extraction of the company, since a quantity of 37,743.42 tons was obtained, higher than the 32,585.99 tons of the previous year and the 35,400 tons programmed; In addition, the mechanical availability of mining equipment was increased, the power factor in drilling and blasting was reduced, and mining transportation was optimized in the operations of S.M.R.L. Magistral de Huaraz S.A.C., in 2023.
