Resumen
Este trabajo de suficiencia profesional fue realizado con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación. La
finalidad de la investigación fue determinar las diferencias de la gestión de un programa de
mantenimiento de los equipos biomédicos en hospitales de la región, Asimismo, garantizar la
operación segura, el máximo rendimiento y la rentabilidad de todos los equipos médicos usados
mediante la realización de un mantenimiento basado en riesgos, con el objetivo de garantizar un
entorno seguro y funcional para los equipos e instalaciones. Además, se considera un medio de
apoyo al personal médico y de ingeniería en el desarrollo, control y gestión de programas de
mantenimiento de equipos médicos. La conclusión es que la lista de características del dispositivo
se actualiza para verificar que el equipo médico/hospitalario sea funcional y que los datos
corregidos (código, nivel de riesgo y nombre del dispositivo) sean correctos. La gestión del
mantenimiento basada en riesgos se utiliza para establecer u organizar el equipo médico y/u
hospitalario que se incluirá en los registros de mantenimiento, el equipo médico y/u hospitalario
que se reparará durante el mantenimiento ambiental planificado y el equipo que se reparará sólo
correctivo durante el mantenimiento.
This work of professional adequacy was carried out with a lot of effort and dedication. The purpose of the research was to determine the differences in the management of a maintenance program for biomedical equipment in hospitals in the region, and also to guarantee the safe operation, maximum performance and profitability of all medical equipment used by carrying out risk-based maintenance, with the aim of guaranteeing a safe and functional environment for equipment and facilities. In addition, it is considered a means of supporting medical and engineering personnel in the development, control and management of medical equipment maintenance programs. The bottom line is that the device feature list is updated to verify that the medical/hospital equipment is functional and that the corrected data (code, risk level, and device name) is correct. Risk-based maintenance management is used to establish or organize medical and/or hospital equipment to be included in maintenance records, medical and/or hospital equipment to be repaired during planned environmental maintenance, and equipment to be repaired only corrective during maintenance.
