Factores que determinan la comisión del delito de violencia familiar y su implicancia en la provincia de Ica, año 2022

Abstract

En nuestra provincia, región y por ende en el país se viene incrementando actos de violencia familiar en forma muy acelerado, a pesar de la dación de leyes, como en este caso concreto Ley Nº 30364 - ley que protege todo acto de violencia contra las mujeres así como contra cualquier integrante del grupo familiar; pero lamentablemente se viene cometiendo en agravio de las mujeres, niñas, etc., quienes son los más vulnerables, a quienes les afecta en forma considerable en el aspecto psicológico que es una de los males que perdura durante la vida de las víctimas. En Este orden de ideas, existe una serie de factores que contribuyen que el sujeto activo cometa el delito de violencia familiar o en todo caso que la agraviada también dependa en lo económico del agresor, nos referimos a la falta de cultura, de trabajo, de educación, de oportunidades, e contar una remuneración y falta de apoyo del propio estado en cuanto a políticas de prevención con la finalidad de que tanto la victima tengan pleno conocimiento de sus derechos y que en caso sen agredidas tiene que acudir a la comisaria cercana de su hogar a fin de denunciar al agresor sea este su esposo, conviviente o pareja.
