dc.description.abstractCon el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de la aplicación de productos biotecnológicos consistentes en dos cepas seleccionadas de rizobacterias, en el crecimiento y rendimiento del garbanzo (Cicer arietinum L.), en el distrito de Subtanjalla, ubicado en la zona media del valle de Ica, se probaron cinco tratamientos: 1(Bacillus sp.), 2 (Rhizobium sp.), 3(Bacillus sp. + Rhizobium sp.), 4(testigo fertilizado NP+) y 5(testigo absoluto), con cinco repeticiones, en el Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar. En un suelo de textura franco arenoso, contenido medio de Carbonato de Ca, con bajo contenido de materia orgánica, alto en fósforo, de reacción moderadamente alcalina, ligeramente salino, con capacidad media de intercambio catiónico, con predominancia de los iones Calcio y Magnesio. La siembra se realizó el 03 de junio, con sistema de riego tecnificado por goteo, con temperaturas favorables al cultivo. La cosecha se realizó a los 129 días de la siembra. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los productos biotecnológicos a base de rizobacterias seleccionadas, que se inocularon a la semilla de garbanzo, tuvieron efecto positivo en el crecimiento de las plantas, tanto en longitud del follaje como en materia seca, igualando al testigo fertilizado y superando significativamente al testigo absoluto; y cuando se inocularon en forma combinada, igualaron al testigo fertilizado en los principales componentes del rendimiento como número de vainas por planta, peso de 100 granos, rendimiento unitario, superando en promedio al testigo absoluto. Todos los tratamientos inoculados y el testigo fertilizado, obtuvieron similar porcentaje de Nitrógeno en el grano. ----- In order to evaluate the effect of the application of biotechnological products consisting of two selected strains of rhizobacteria, on the growth and yield of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.), in the district of Subtanjalla, located in the middle zone of the Ica Valley, five treatments were tested: 1 (Bacillus sp.), 2 (Rhizobium sp.), 3 (Bacillus sp. + Rhizobium sp.), 4 (control fertilized NP+) and 5 (absolute control), with five replicates, in the Randomized Complete Block Design. In a soil with a sandy loam texture, medium Ca carbonate content, with low organic matter content, high in phosphorus, with a moderately alkaline reaction, slightly saline, with medium cation exchange capacity, with a predominance of Calcium and Magnesium ions. The sowing was carried out on June 3, with a drip irrigation system, with favorable temperatures for the crop. The harvest was carried out 129 days after sowing. The results obtained indicate that the biotechnological products based on selected rhizobacteria, which were inoculated to the chickpea seed, had a positive effect on plant growth, both in foliage length and in dry matter, equaling the fertilized control and significantly exceeding the absolute control; and when they were inoculated in a combined way, they equaled the fertilized control in the main yield components such as number of pods per plant, weight of 100 grains, unit yield, surpassing the absolute control on average. All the inoculated treatments and the fertilized control obtained a similar percentage of Nitrogen in the grain.
