Relación entre actitud, práctica y conocimiento sobre salud oral en madres del Centro de Salud Vista Alegre - Nazca, 2023

Abstract

Determinar la relación entre actitud, práctica y conocimiento sobre salud oral en madres del Centro De Salud Vista Alegre - Nazca, 2023. De tipo básica, prospectiva, transversal, de nivel relacional y de diseño no experimental, la muestra estuvo formada por 108 madres que acuden al centro de salud de vista alegre, de forma regular, se usó como método una encuesta y para instrumento un cuestionario, la cual cuenta con la validez realizada por jueces expertos. Con respecto a edades de las madres destaco el grupo de madres de 29 a 45 años que equivale a 54 (50%), de nivel secundario 51 (47.2%), 104 niños están a cargo de la madre (96.3%) y 41 madres tienen 2 hijos (38%). Respecto al conocimiento sobre salud oral fue: 57 tienen un nivel medio (52.8%), seguido de 36 madres con nivel bueno (33.3%) y solo 15 con nivel bajo (13.9%) bajo, en cuanto a las actitudes, 94 refieren una actitud positiva (87%) y solo 14 negativa (13%) y finalmente con respecto a las practicas, 84 fue inadecuada (77.8%) y 24 adecuada (22.2%). Existe relación significativa entre actitud, práctica y conocimiento sobre salud oral en madres del Centro De Salud Vista Alegre - Nazca, 2023.

Determine the relationship between attitude, practice and knowledge about oral health in mothers of the Vista Alegre Health Center - Nazca, 2023. The research study is basic, prospective, transversal, relational level and design non-experimental, the sample was made up of 108 mothers who attend the Vista Alegre health center on a regular basis, a survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire was used as an instrument, which has validity carried out by expert judges. Regarding the ages of the mothers, I highlight the group of mothers from 29 to 45 years old, which is equivalent to 54 (50%), at the secondary level 51 (47.2%), 104 children are in the care of the mother (96.3%) and 41 mothers have 2 children (38%). Regarding knowledge about oral health, 57 had a medium level (52.8%), followed by 36 mothers with a good level (33.3%) and only 15 with a low level (13.9%), as for attitudes, 94 reported a positive attitude (87%) and only 14 negative (13%) and finally with respect to practices, 84 were inadequate (77.8%) and 24 adequate (22.2%). There is a significant relationship between attitude, practice and knowledge about oral health in mothers at the Vista Alegre Health Center -Nazca, 2023.
