The overall objective of the research is to determine that comprehensive management of occupational agent monitoring influences regulatory compliance with permissible limits – Matagente Project – Chincha 2024. It is an applied, explanatory, pre-experimental study. The sample consists of 450 employees from administration, warehousing, security, operations, planning, and logistics who work on the Matagente Project, managed by Ajani S.A.C., in 2024. It concludes that comprehensive monitoring management turns the control of occupational agents into a continuous cycle (plan, measure, compare, and correct), which promotes regulatory compliance and prevents risk from becoming “normalized” in the field. In terms of noise, out of six dosimetry readings, the Leq ranged from 82.1 to 90.8 dB(A): only one exceeded the LMP of 85 dB(A); peaks exceeded 140 dB(C) in two cases, but with hearing protection, the equivalent exposure dropped to 77.6–79.6 dB, remaining at low risk. In whole-body vibration, the Aeq values were 0.43, 0.53, and 0.74 m/s², all below the LMP of 1.15 m/s², although two exceeded the action level of 0.5. In ergonomics, 4 of 7 workstations showed RULA=3 (moderate risk) and the rest low risk; in lighting, 6 of 6 measurements complied (335–511 lux ≥300). In UV (IUV=3) and thermal stress (WBGT 22.4– 22.7 °C <28.5), low exposure was evident, controllable with preventive measures and periodic monitoring to maintain these levels throughout the year.
