enfoque cuantitativo, de método descriptivo, de corte transversal y de diseño no experimental;
Nacional Cayetano Heredia, 2024.

Material and Methods: Quantitative study, descriptive method, cross-sectional and non-experimental design; with a sample of 66 nurses to whom two nationally validated questionnaires were applied. Results: There is a correlation between patient safety culture and information in adverse event records, r value = 0.575 (p = 0.000); the correlation between the work area and information in adverse event records also shows a correlation, with r value = 0.606 (p = 0.000); There is a correlation between teamwork and the information in the event records, where the r value = 0.550 (p = 0.000), the results between communication and the information in the adverse event records also show a correlation, with the r value = 0.384 (p = 0.001), in the analysis of the results they show a correlation between the direction / management and the information in the adverse event records, with the r value = 0.434 (p = 0.000), finally a correlation is also shown between supervision and information in the adverse event records, with an r value = 0.383 (p = 0.002). Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between the patient safety culture and the information in the adverse event records in the Intensive Care Unit of the Cayetano Heredia National Hospital, 2024.
