Índice de criminalidad y situación de migrantes en Ica al año 2023

Abstract

La Tesis “ÍNDICE DE CRIMINALIDAD Y SITUACIÓN DE MIGRANTES EN ICA AL AÑO 2023” tuvo como propósito demostrar la relación entre las variables del estudio. Para hacerla realidad se tuvo en consideración: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Normatividad Penal, Procesal Penal; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre índice de criminalidad; Cuestionario sobre situación de migrantes. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: entre delitos de extorsión y detención de migrantes extranjeros en Ica al año 2023, existe una relación muy estrecha; entre delitos de sicariato y deportación de migrantes extranjeros en Ica al año 2023, se produce una relación muy importante; entre índice de criminalidad y situación de migrantes en Ica al año 2023, existe una relación muy relevante.

The Thesis "CRIME INDEX AND SITUATION OF MIGRANTS IN ICA TO THE YEAR 2023" aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables of the study. To make it a reality, the following were taken into consideration: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Criminal Regulations, Criminal Procedure; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and data collection instruments were used: Crime Rate Questionnaire; Questionnaire on the situation of migrants. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: between crimes of extortion and detention of foreign migrants in Ica by 2023, there is a very close relationship; between the crimes of contract killing and deportation of foreign migrants in Ica by 2023, there is a very important relationship; between the crime rate and the situation of migrants in Ica by 2023, there is a very relevant relationship.
