Evaluación del sistema de troncales de aire en la proyección del sistema de ventilación - Nexa Resources Perú - Complejo Pasco 2023

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo general establecer que la evaluación del sistema de troncales de aire influye en la proyección del sistema de ventilación de minas – Nexa Resources Perú – Complejo Pasco 2023. Es un estudio de tipo aplicada, descriptivo, no experimental, la muestra es constituida por las unidades El Porvenir y Atacocha de la Empresa Minera Nexa Resources Perú, en el año 2023. Se identificaron 12 troncales en El Porvenir (10 de extracción) y 2 en Atacocha. En El Porvenir, 6 troncales (Don Ernesto, Pocket, Éxito, Alimak 2, CH-1 y Socorro) descargan eficazmente a superficie (60%); RB-9, CH-2 y San Carlos son deficientes (30%), y CH-4-5, pese a su extensión, muestra la menor efectividad por fugas y obstrucciones. En Atacocha, Alimak 8031 descarga bien; la 343 rinde bajo por sobrealimentación y rutas antiguas. Predominan fugas y recirculaciones por daños en tapones y servicios auxiliares. La calibración de campo alcanzó 106% en flujos volumétrico y másico. Según el LOM, se prioriza prolongar Socorro para evacuar TR-950, implementar Éxito, nuevas troncales en Atacocha, integrar en Nv 2500 y prolongar Don Ernesto, recomendando Alimak Zona Alta.

The overall objective of the research is to establish that the evaluation of the air trunk system influences the design of the mine ventilation system – Nexa Resources Peru – Pasco Complex 2023. It is an applied, descriptive, non-experimental study, and the sample consists of the El Porvenir and Atacocha units of the Nexa Resources Peru mining company in 2023. Twelve trunks were identified in El Porvenir (10 extraction) and two in Atacocha. At El Porvenir, 6 trunks (Don Ernesto, Pocket, Éxito, Alimak 2, CH-1, and Socorro) discharge effectively to the surface (60%); RB-9, CH-2, and San Carlos are deficient (30%), and CH-4-5, despite its length, shows the lowest effectiveness due to leaks and obstructions. In Atacocha, Alimak 8031 discharges well; 343 performs poorly due to overfeeding and old routes. Leaks and recirculation due to damage to plugs and auxiliary services predominate. Field calibration reached 106% in volumetric and mass flow. According to the LOM, priority is given to extending Socorro to evacuate TR-950, implementing Éxito, new trunks in Atacocha, integrating into Nv 2500 and extending Don Ernesto, recommending Alimak Zona Alta.
