Inmunidad presidencial y delitos de lesa humanidad en el Perú al año 2023

Abstract

La Tesis titulada “INMUNIDAD PRESIDENCIAL Y DELITOS DE LESA HUMANIDAD EN EL PERÚ AL AÑO 2023”, tuvo por finalidad demostrar la relación que existe entre las variables en estudio. Se realizó considerando: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, Normatividad del Derecho Penal, Derecho Procesal Penal, el Estatuto de la UNICA, la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA, así mismo la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos, asimismo la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración de Tesis. Para desarrollar la investigación que se alcanza, se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta, con sus respectivos Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos como fueron el Cuestionario sobre Inmunidad Presidencial, Cuestionario sobre Delitos de Lesa Humanidad, además de llevar a cabo un conjunto de acciones para procesar la información recogida. Los resultados obtenidos permiten demostrar que entre inmunidad presidencial y delitos de lesa humanidad en el Perú al año 2023, existe una relación muy relevante; entre percepción social sobre la inmunidad presidencial y delito de genocidio en el Perú al año 2023, existe una relación muy estrecha; entre transparencia sobre la inmunidad presidencial y delito de desaparición forzada en el Perú al año 2023 se produce una relación muy importante.

The Thesis entitled "PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN PERU TO THE YEAR 2023", aimed to demonstrate the relationship that exists between the variables under study. It was carried out considering: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law, Criminal Law Regulations, Criminal Procedural Law, the Statute of UNICA, Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines, as well as Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulations of Degrees and Degrees, as well as Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of Theses. To develop the research that is achieved, the Survey Technique was used, with its respective Data Collection Instruments such as the Questionnaire on Presidential Immunity, Questionnaire on Crimes against Humanity, in addition to carrying out a set of actions to process the information collected. The results obtained allow us to demonstrate that there is a very relevant relationship between presidential immunity and crimes against humanity in Peru by 2023; between social perception of presidential immunity and the crime of genocide in Peru by 2023, there is a very close relationship; between transparency on presidential immunity and the crime of forced disappearance in Peru by 2023, there is a very important relationship.
