Abstract

El presente estudio ostenta como alcance principal determinar que el control de KPI mediante software influye en los costos mineros en una contrata especializada – U.M. Condestable 2022. Es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo tecnológica, nivel descriptivo – explicativo y diseño experimental – transversal, la población y muestra estará conformada por las operaciones de la contrata minera Opermin que ejecuta labores en la Unidad Minera Condestable, en el año 2022. Se estableció que el control de KPI mediante software influye positivamente en los costos mineros, ya que al alcanzar un costo total de $968,680.58 respecto a los costos de aceros, explosivos y sostenimiento; se consiguió minimizar estos costos respecto al presupuesto que es $1`071,595; es decir, se ahorra $102,914.42 en los meses julio-diciembre del año 2022. The main scope of this study is to determine that the control of KPIs through software influences mining costs in a specialized contract – U.M. Condestable 2022. It is of quantitative approach, technological type, descriptive – explanatory level and experimental design – cross-sectional, the population and sample will be made up of the operations of the mining contractor Opermin that executes work in the Condestable Mining Unit, in the year 2022. It was established that the control of KPIs through software positively influences mining costs, since reaching a total cost of $968,680.58 with respect to the costs of steel, explosives and maintenance; It was possible to minimize these costs with respect to the budget, which is $1,071,595; In other words, you save $102,914.42 in the months of July-December 2022.
