Resumen
La investigación tiene como objetivo, determinar la relación entre las Habilidades
Directivas con la Gestión Ambiental en la administración de la empresa VERTISUB
PERÚ S.A.C. – sede Lima. Es una investigación básica, no experimental, descriptivo,
diseño correlacional y cuantitativo. En la metodología se realizó la recolección de
datos de 31 personas con dos instrumentos: Cuestionario de la variable Habilidades
Directivas (dimensiones: desempeño directivo, habilidades gerenciales, habilidades
personales, habilidades interpersonales y habilidades comunicativas) y el Cuestionario
de la variable Gestión Ambiental (dimensiones: educación ambiental, elementos del
SGA, normas de calidad de los SGA, ventajas del SGA y metodología para
implementar un SGA), se verificó la precisión de la recopilación de datos mediante la
prueba de confiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach: 0.8). En los resultados se evidenció que el
94% de encuestados señalan como eficiente las Habilidades directivas y 6%
medianamente eficiente. Respecto a la Gestión Ambiental, el 87% percibe un nivel
eficiente y un 13% medianamente eficiente. La relación entre las Habilidades directivas
y Gestión Ambiental es positiva baja y no significativa (Rho de Spearman r = 0.334;
valor-p de 0.066); con las hipótesis específicas la correlación es positiva moderada y
significativa entre la gestión ambiental y el desempeño directivo, habilidades
gerenciales y habilidades comunicativas. Por lo tanto, la norma de laudo basado en la
hipótesis de investigación condujo a la aceptación de la hipótesis nula; las Habilidades
Directivas no están significativamente relacionadas con la Gestión Ambiental realizado
en la administración de la empresa VERTISUB PERÚ S.A.C. – sede Lima.
The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between Management Skills with Environmental Management in the administration of the company VERTISUB PERÚ S.A.C. – Lima headquarters. It is a basic, non-experimental, descriptive research, correlational and quantitative design. In the methodology, data were collected from 31 people with two instruments: Questionnaire of the Management Skills variable (dimensions: managerial performance, managerial skills, personal skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills) and the Questionnaire of the Environmental Management variable (dimensions : environmental education, elements of the EMS, quality standards of the EMS, advantages of the EMS and methodology for implementing an EMS), the accuracy of the data collection was verified through the reliability test (Cronbach's Alpha: 0.8). The results showed that 94% of respondents indicate management skills as efficient and 6% as moderately efficient. Regarding Environmental Management, 87% perceive an efficient level and 13% moderately efficient. The relationship between Management Skills and Environmental Management is low positive and non-significant (Spearman's Rho r = 0.334; p-value of 0.066); With the specific hypotheses, the correlation is moderate and significant positive between environmental management and managerial performance, managerial skills and communication skills. Therefore, the rule of award based on the research hypothesis led to the acceptance of the null hypothesis; Management Skills are not significantly related to the Environmental Management carried out in the administration of the company VERTISUB PERÚ S.A.C. – Lima headquarters.
