The "clam" fishery Gari so/id is a traditional activity and increasingly in recent years in lndependence Bay - Pisco, knowing the biology and fishery of G. so/id is a must, as it will provide the tools to manage this resource, therefore, the objective of this research is to compare the growth of Gari so/id "clam" in natural banks (The Ancla, The Pampa and Pan de Azucar) lndependence Bay - Pisco during the period June to December 201 O. 5052 specimens were collected by monthly sampling random nonselective to a depth of 6-16 m. in the three natural banks of the "clam" . so/id, which were measured and weighed individually. Was determined by the size structure frequencies in total length range of 3mm grouping. Was determined by growth rate equation Von Bertalanffy Lt = Loo(I- e-K(t-t0 )) Were calculated growth parameters (K) and infinite length (L 00 ), by methods allow you to convert length frequencies in age composition as the program FISAT and method ELEFAN 1, analyzing the results between the three natural banks The results "clam" biometric G. so/id in lndependence Bay reached an average length of 66.7 mm and 78.0% are smaller than the minimum legal size (75 mm), the calculated infinite lengths ranged from 88.95 to 99.92 mm at The Ancla and The Pampa respectively, reaching an optimal K 0.0917 in The Pampa. The results show significant differences in growth parameters in the three natural banks of Bay lndependence, Pisco, Perú.
