Abstract

TITULO: Gestión operativa en el ciclo de minado y la productividad – Unidad Minera Condestable 2024. OBJETIVO: Determinar que la gestión operativa en el ciclo de minado influye en la productividad – Unidad Minera Condestable 2024. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Es una investigación de tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo, diseño experimental preexperimental. La población y muestra está constituida por las operaciones unitarias de perforación y acarreo minero en la Unidad Minera Condestable, en el año 2024. CONCLUSIÓN: Se determinó que la gestión operativa en el ciclo de minado mejora la productividad, pues se alcanzó un promedio mensual periodo enero-julio de 10.17 TMR/HG, superando el objetivo presupuestado en el plan de minado anual, lo que permitió una variación positiva de 32.08%, además, se obtuvo resultados favorables en cuanto a la productividad de perforación de rocas y acarreo minero, alcanzado un incremento porcentual de 32.03% y 9.35% respectivamente, en las operaciones mineras de Condestable, en el año 2024. CONCLUSION: It was determined that the operational management in the mining cycle improves productivity, since a monthly average of 10.17 TMR/HG was reached in the January-July period, exceeding the objective budgeted in the annual mining plan, which allowed a positive variation of 32.08%, in addition, favorable results were obtained in terms of the productivity of rock drilling and mining haulage. achieved a percentage increase of 32.03% and 9.35%, respectively, in the mining operations of Condestable, in the year 2024.
