Delito de sicariato y participación de migrantes en la provincia de Ica, años 2023-2024

Abstract

La Tesis “DELITO DE SICARIATO Y PARTICIPACIÓN DE MIGRANTES EN LA PROVINCIA DE ICA, AÑOS 2023-2024” demuestra la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado. Hacerla realidad fue posible desde el punto de vista legal gracias a la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Código Penal, Código Procesal Penal; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta e Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos: delito de sicariato; Cuestionario sobre participación de migrantes. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que entre: delito de sicariato y participación de migrantes en la provincia de Ica, años 2023-2024 se da una relación muy importante. Las Hipótesis Específicas fueron: Hipótesis Específica 1: Entre delito de sicariato cometido por adultos y participación de migrantes ilegales en la Provincia de Ica, años 2023-2024, existe una relación significativa. Hipótesis Específica 2: Entre delito de sicariato cometido por menores de edad y participación de migrantes legales en la Provincia de Ica, años 2023-2024 existe una relación importante. Thesis "CRIME OF CONTRACT KILLING AND PARTICIPATION OF MIGRANTS IN THE PROVINCE OF ICA, YEARS 2023-2024" demonstrates the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and period of time indicated. Making it a reality was possible from the legal point of view thanks to the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and Data Collection Instruments were used: crime of contract killing; Questionnaire on Migrant Participation. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that there is a very important relationship between: the crime of contract killing and the participation of migrants in the province of Ica, years 2023-2024. The Specific Hypotheses were: Specific Hypothesis 1: There is a significant relationship between the crime of contract killing committed by adults and the participation of illegal migrants in the Province of Ica, years 2023-2024. Specific Hypothesis 2: There is an important relationship between the crime of contract killing committed by minors and the participation of legal migrants in the Province of Ica, years 2023-2024.
