Explotación por taladros largos en los kpi`s operativos – u.e.a. Americana – Minera Alpayana S.A. 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar que la explotación por taladros largos influye en los KPI`s operativos – U.E.A. Americana – Minera Alpayana S.A. 2024. El estudio es de tipo aplicativa, nivel descriptivo, diseño preexperimental en su modalidad transversal, la muestra se conforma por la Zona Veta explotadas por la Contrata Gestión Minera Integral S.A.C., en el año 2024. Se determinó que la explotación por taladros largos mejora los KPI`s operativos, pues se obtuvo resultados favorables en cuanto al avance por metro de 55% a 66%, el mismo que incidió en la producción de minerales de 94% a 104%, siendo uno de sus principales factores la alta eficiencia de los equipos jumbos de perforación de 2.70 metros a 2.76 metros respecto al promedio de jumbos 10ft, 12ft y 14ft en los dos periodos evaluados de extracción minera de U.E.A. Americana, Minera Alpayana en el año 2024.

The main objective of this research is to determine that the exploitation by long drills influences the operational KPIs – U.E.A. Americana – Minera Alpayana S.A. 2024. The study is of an application type, descriptive level, pre-experimental design in its transversal modality, the sample is made up of the Vein Zone exploited by the Contractor Gestión Minera Integral S.A.C., in the year 2024. It was determined that the exploitation by long drills improves the operational KPI's, since favorable results were obtained in terms of the advance per meter from 55% to 66%, the same that affected the production of minerals from 94% to 104%, one of its main factors being the high efficiency of the jumbo drilling equipment from 2.70 meters to 2.76 meters with respect to the average of 10ft jumbos. 12ft and 14ft in the two evaluated periods of mining extraction of U.E.A. Americana, Minera Alpayana in 2024.
