Fiscalización ambiental en la unidad minera Cerro Lindo y su influencia en la calidad del agua superficial de la quebrada Topará, en los años 2014 al 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el objetivo de planificar las actividades para el desarrollo de la investigación denomina “Fiscalización ambiental en la unidad minera Cerro Lindo y su influencia en la calidad de agua superficial de la quebrada Topará, en los años 2014 al 2022”; para ello, se han propuestos preguntas de investigación, objetivos, hipótesis generales y específicos que responderán a los objetivos y preguntas de investigación. Asimismo, para el desarrollo del presente proyecto de investigación es de suma importancia ya que permitirá identificar las acciones de control más efectivas desarrolladas por el Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (OEFA) y cuáles han sido sus efectos en la calidad del agua de la quebrada Topará, logrando así, generar información objetiva que puede reducir la conflictividad socio-ambiental que se desarrolla en torno a las labores de la unidad minera Cerro Lindo, o en su defecto, brindar recomendaciones para mejorar y hacer más efectivas las labores de fiscalización ambiental desarrolladas parte del OEFA. En ese sentido, se tiene considerado como población y muestras para el presente estudio los puntos de control indicado en el instrumento de gestión ambiental más representativos de la quebrada Toporá, ubicados dentro del área de influencia de la unidad minera Cerro Lindo, donde se obtendrá información desde el año 2014 hasta el año 2022. Asimismo, se ha recabado información de las acciones de control ejercidas por el OEFA; por ello, el tipo de investigación que tiene el presente plan es de tipo básica; asimismo, considera un nivel de investigación explicativo, con un diseño de investigación no experimental; todo ello, en vista que no se realizará la modificación de la variable independiente de forma intencional, si no por lo contrario, se observará o medirá las modificaciones que ya se han desarrollado en un contexto o entorno natural.
