Optimización de la operación de perforación de rocas y productividad operativa en el Tajo Cerro Verde - Arequipa 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar que la optimización de la operación de perforación de rocas influye en la productividad operativa en el Tajo Cerro Verde – Arequipa 2022. El estudio es de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo explicativo, diseño pre experimental en su modalidad transversal, la población y muestra se conforma por 11 proyectos de perforación de rocas ejecutadas en el Tajo Cerro Verde de la Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde S.A.A., en el año 2022. Se determinó que la optimización de la operación de perforación de rocas influye en la productividad operativa, puesto que, se obtuvo un incremento positivo de 36.50% respecto a la ganancia por metro perforado con el sistema mejorado probado, además los hallazgos de metros perforados son favorables, el tiempo de trabajo disminuye en 28.76%; y se obtienen ganancias de $25 807.87 $ con el uso del sistema mejorado y de forma general de ahorro o gana 57 725.13 $ respecto al sistema convencional, en las actividades del Tajo Cerro Verde, Arequipa 2022.The main objective of this research is to determine that the optimization of the rock drilling operation influences the operational productivity in the Cerro Verde – Arequipa 2022 Tagus. The study is of an applied type, explanatory descriptive level, pre-experimental design in its crosssectional modality, the population and sample is made up of 11 rock drilling projects executed in the Cerro Verde Pit, of the Cerro Verde Mining Society S.A.A., in 2022. It was determined that the optimization of the rock drilling operation influences the operational productivity, since a positive increase of 36.50% was obtained with respect to the gain per meter drilled with the improved system tested, in addition the findings of drilled meters are favorable, the work time decreases by 28.76%; and profits of $25,807.87 are obtained with the use of the improved system and in a general way of savings or earn $57,725.13 compared to the conventional system, in the activities of the Cerro Verde Tagus, Arequipa 2022.
