Resumen
El presente informe de suficiencia profesional se desarrolla en la implementación de un
sistema de tuberías de descargas que se realizó en el área de disposición de relaves de
la empresa Minera Shouxin Perú S.A. en la ciudad de Marcona en el departamento de
Ica, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de urgencia y es en este escenario que se propuso
este proyecto.
Se inició el análisis con la identificación, evaluación de peligros y riesgos potenciales
en esta área de la planta de producción, en los cuales se encontró condiciones no
favorables tales como, espejos de agua en todo el perímetro impidiendo el libre acceso,
alimentación de energía y área de trabajo con peligro de hundimiento. Asimismo,
dentro de los aspectos positivos tuvimos el visto bueno por parte de la empresa para
usar todos los recursos posibles para dar solución a la problemática de la empresa.
Luego, respecto a la aplicación, en primera instancia se analizó opciones tecnológicas
para solucionar el problema y darle al proyecto un valor agregado con la integración de
tuberías importadas a fin de permitir mantener el flujo constante de material en el
depósito de relaves evitando arenamientos que provocasen paradas intempestivas
afectando la producción directamente durante las horas de paralización. Con la
implementación de este proyecto se mejoró las horas de productividad y los costos de
mantenimiento correctivos en la zona de trabajo.
This professional sufficiency report is developed in the implementation of a discharge piping system that was carried out in the tailings disposal area of the company Minera Shouxin Peru S.A. in the city of Marcona in the department of Ica, taking into account the urgent need and it is in this scenario that this project was proposed. The analysis began with the identification, evaluation of hazards and potential risks in this area of the production plant, in which unfavorable conditions were found, such as reflecting pools around the perimeter preventing free access, power supply and work area with danger of subsidence. Likewise, within the positive aspects we had the approval from the company to use all possible resources to solve the company's problems. Then, regarding the application, in the first instance, technological options were analyzed to solve the problem and give the project an added value with the integration of imported pipes in order to allow maintaining the constant flow of material in the tailings deposit, avoiding sandblasting that would cause untimely stops affecting production directly during the hours of stoppage. With the implementation of this project, productivity hours and corrective maintenance costs in the work area were improved.
