Optimización del carguío y acarreo en mina subterránea y los KPIs operacionales: Empresa Minera Sotrami S.A. (2023)

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal determinar que la optimización del carguío y acarreo en mina subterránea influye en los KPI`s operacionales – Empresa Minera Sotrami S.A. 2023. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo-explicativo y diseño experimental – transversal; se empleó la técnica de la observación y el fichaje; la población y muestra son las operaciones de carguío y acarreo ejecutadas en la labor CX-1420 de la Mina Zona 23 de la Empresa Minera Sotrami, en el año 2023. Se obtuvo una influencia positiva en los KPI`s operacionales de carguío y acarreo, debido a que, en los principales indicadores evaluados, se obtuvieron incrementos porcentuales de 25.48%, 38.39% y 50.30% en las horas máquina trabajada, numero de toneladas removidas y rendimiento operativo de scoop respectivamente a partir de la optimización de la operación mediante el control de operaciones en los periodos operativos mayo-setiembre de los años 2022-2023.

The main objective of this study is to determine that the optimization of loading and hauling in underground mine influences operational KPIs – Empresa Minera Sotrami S.A. 2023. The research is applied, descriptive-explanatory and experimental design – cross-sectional; the technique of observation and clocking was used; the population and sample are the loading and hauling operations carried out in the CX-1420 work of the Zone 23 Mine of the Sotrami Mining Company, in the year 2023. A positive influence was obtained on the operational KPIs of loading and hauling, due to the fact that, in the main indicators evaluated, percentage increases of 25.48%, 38.39% and 50.30% were obtained in machine hours worked, number of tons removed and operational performance of scoop respectively from the optimization of the operation through the control of operations in the May-September operating periods of the years 2022-2023.
