Evaluación de macro y micro elementos en el cultivo de granada Wonderfull (Punica granatum L.) en la venta baja Santiago - Ica.

Abstract

Es de interés del agro, establecer lineamientos respecto a cultivos exportables, como el caso del granado (Punica gravatum L.), fruta muy exquisita de orígenes naturales o nativo en el caso del Perú, ha crecido por décadas como planta nativa; sin embargo, luego de estudios científicos realizados se encontró que la fruta contiene elementos vitamínicos de gran relevancia a la salud. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la fertilización de macro y microelementos del cultivo de granado según fenología en el distrito de Santiago-Ica. El diseño estadístico utilizado fue el de transeccional descriptivo, se observó, la cantidad de macro y microelementos acumulados en el suelo y cultivo de granado, bajo la conducción del manejo agronómico del predio. De acuerdo a las evaluaciones realizadas se pudo observar que el Nitrógeno (2.63 % -10.26 kg/ha) y Fósforo (0.26 % - 0.250 kg/ha) tuvieron concentraciones altas al inicio, del Potasio (0.87 %-3.62 kg/ha, 1.18 % -9.84 kg/ha, 1.18 %-14.76 kg/h, 0.83 % -13.84 kg/ha) normal, en todas sus etapas, el Calcio (0.45 %-1.79 kg/ha) y Magnesio (0.13 % -0.54 kg/ha), concentraciones bajas al inicio, el Azufre (0.06 % - 0.25 kg/ha, 0.03 %-0.23 kg/ha, 0.04 % - 0.50 kg/ha, 0.06 % - 1.00 kg/ha valores bajos de inicio hasta el final. El Sodio (0.09 % -0.37 kg/ha, 0.06 % - 0.50 kg/ha, 0.05 %-0.62 kg/ha, 0.09 % -1.50 kg/ha) con nivel crítico en todas sus muestras.

It is of interest to the agricultural sector to establish guidelines regarding exportable crops, such as the pomegranate (Punica gravatum L.), a highly prized fruit of natural origin, or native to Peru, where it has been cultivated for decades. However, scientific studies have revealed that the fruit contains vitamins of great importance to health. This research aimed to evaluate the fertilization of pomegranate trees with macro- and microelements according to their phenology in the district of Santiago-Ica. The statistical design used was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The amount of macro- and microelements accumulated in the soil and pomegranate trees was observed under the agronomic management of the property. According to the evaluations carried out, it was observed that Nitrogen (2.63%-10.26 kg/ha) and Phosphorus (0.26%-0.250 kg/ha) had high concentrations at the beginning, Potassium (0.87%-3.62 kg/ha, 1.18%-9.84 kg/ha, 1.18%-14.76 kg/ha, 0.83%-13.84 kg/ha) was normal in all its stages, Calcium (0.45%-1.79 kg/ha) and Magnesium (0.13%-0.54 kg/ha) had low concentrations at the beginning, Sulfur (0.06%-0.25 kg/ha, 0.03%-0.23 kg/ha, 0.04%-0.50 kg/ha, 0.06%-1.00 kg/ha) had low values from the beginning until the Final. Sodium (0.09%-0.37 kg/ha, 0.06%-0.50 kg/ha, 0.05%-0.62 kg/ha, 0.09%-1.50 kg/ha) with critical levels in all samples.
