Diseño Arquitectónico del Centro de Salud Materno Infantil de Ica Sector Tierra Prometida, en el Distrito de Ica

Abstract

La presente investigación, parte del análisis de la problemática existente, el déficit de cobertura en infraestructura en salud en el sector Tierra Prometida en el distrito, provincia y departamento de Ica, debido a su constante crecimiento demográfico exponencial, como consecuencia generó una sobre demanda al único establecimiento, el puesto de salud “el Huarango”, que se encuentra en condiciones deficientes. Ante esta realidad la investigación tiene como objetivo: diseñar una propuesta de un centro de salud materno infantil para reducir el déficit de cobertura y poder brindar un acceso al servicio de atención en salud de calidad para la población actual y futura. Por ello la investigación propone una metodología de tipo cualitativo, no experimental, donde la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, con una muestra de 161 habitantes y la recopilación de datos mediante, la observación en visita de campo, información estadística basada en el INEI e información bibliográfica recolectada por diferentes instrumentos. Asimismo, estos datos se procesaron de diversas formas. Los resultados evidenciaron que es necesario una propuesta de diseño de una infraestructura en salud, debido a la necesidad de la población, especialmente del grupo etario joven- adulto del género femenino y menores de 5 años. Y finalmente se concluyó que la propuesta de diseño de un centro de salud materno infantil reduce el déficit de cobertura, brindando acceso al servicio de atención a la población en sector Tierra Prometida Ica.

This research work is based on the analysis of the existing problem, the deficit of coverage in health infrastructure in the Tierra Prometida sector in the district, province and department of Ica, due to its constant exponential demographic growth, as a consequence it generated an excess of demand to the only establishment, the health post "El Huarango", which is in poor condition. Given this reality, the research has the objective of: designing a proposal for a maternal and child health center to reduce the coverage deficit and to be able to provide access to quality health care services to the current and future population. Therefore, the research proposes a qualitative, non-experimental methodology, where the technique used was the survey, with a sample of 161 inhabitants and the collection of data through observation in field visits, statistical information based on the INEI and bibliographic information collected by different instruments. Likewise, these data were processed in various ways. The results showed that a proposal for the design of a new health infrastructure is necessary, due to the needs of the population, especially the young-adult age group of the female gender and children under 5 years of age. Finally, it was concluded that the proposed design of a maternal and child health center reduces the coverage deficit, providing access to quality care services to the population of the Tierra Prometida sector of Ica.
