Cumplimiento de KPI´s de gestión mediante la mejora del sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo - J.E. Construcciones Generales S.A. - Periodo 2024

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar que la mejora del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo influye en el cumplimiento de KPI´s de gestión – J.E. Construcciones Generales S.A. – periodo 2024. Es un estudio de tipo aplicada, descriptivo, explicativo, preexperimental, la muestra se constituye por los 450 colabores pertenecientes a las diferentes áreas entre obreros y empleados de J.E. Construcciones Generales S.A., en el año 2024. Se determinó que la mejora del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo influye en el cumplimiento de los KPI de gestión, pues se logró minimizar la cantidad de accidentes totales de 71 a 31 accidentes, debido a la reducción de situaciones inesperadas por actos y condiciones subestándar que a su vez se minimizo de 51 a 14 sucesos, logrando en general minimizando el promedio anual de 0.82 a 0.04 la accidentabilidad laboral y fomentando un entono de trabajo sano y seguro.

The general objective of the research is to determine that the improvement of the occupational health and safety system influences the fulfillment of management KPIs – J.E. Construcciones Generales S.A. – period 2024. It is an applied, descriptive, explanatory, pre-experimental study, the sample is made up of the 450 collaborators belonging to the different areas between workers and employees of J.E. Construcciones Generales S.A., in the year 2024. It was determined that the improvement of the occupational health and safety system influences the fulfillment of management KPIs, since it was possible to minimize the number of total accidents from 71 to 31 accidents, due to the reduction of unexpected situations due to substandard acts and conditions, which in turn was minimized from 51 to 14 events. achieving in general minimizing the annual average from 0.82 to 0.04 the occupational accident rate and promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
