    Relación entre la gestión del conocimiento y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa “San Antonio de Padua” de Ica, 2022

    Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión del conocimiento y el desempeño de los docentes de la Institución Educativa “San Antonio de Padua” de Ica. Para tal efecto se ha empleado un tipo de investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, de diseño descriptivo correlacional, se consideró como muestra de estudio a 20 docentes. Se empleó como instrumentos de recolección de datos un cuestionario y una Guía de observación, cada uno de los cuales tuvo 30 ítems. Como resultado se obtuvo que existe una relación positiva alta entre la creación del conocimiento y la preparación para el aprendizaje, entre la transferencia del conocimiento y la enseñanza para el aprendizaje, entre la aplicación del conocimiento y el desarrollo de la profesionalidad e identidad docente, los cuales se evidencian en un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de r = 0.879 en la hipótesis específica 1, r = 0.862 en la hipótesis específica 2 y r = 0.921 en la hipótesis específica 3 y un coeficiente global de r = 0.929 en la hipótesis general. ----- The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and the performance of teachers at the Educational Institution "San Antonio de Padua" in Ica. For this purpose, a type of quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive correlational design research has been used, 20 teachers were considered as a study sample. A questionnaire and an Observation Guide were used as data collection instruments, each of which had 30 items. As a result, it was obtained that there is a high positive relationship between the creation of knowledge and the preparation for learning, between the transfer of knowledge and teaching for learning, between the application of knowledge and the development of professionalism and teaching identity, which are evidenced in a Pearson correlation coefficient of r = 0.879 in the specific hypothesis 1, r = 0.862 in the specific hypothesis 2 and r = 0.921 in the specific hypothesis 3 and a global coefficient of r = 0.929 in the general hypothesis.
