Derecho a la inclusión digital y desarrollo económico-social en el Perú, año 2023

Abstract

La tesis titulada “DERECHO A LA INCLUSIÓN DIGITAL Y DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO-SOCIAL EN EL PERÚ, AÑO 2023”, tuvo por finalidad demostrar la relación que existe entre las variables en estudio. Se llevó a cabo considerando a: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, Normas Legales del Derecho Constitucional, el Estatuto de la UNICA, la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA, así mismo la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos, asimismo la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración de Tesis. Para desarrollar la investigación que se alcanza, se recurrió a determinadas Técnicas de Recolección de Datos como la Encuesta, el Análisis Documental, con sus respectivos Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos como fueron el Cuestionario sobre Derecho a la Inclusión Digital, la Ficha de Análisis Documental sobre desarrollo económico-social, además de llevar a cabo un conjunto de acciones para procesar la información recogida. Los resultados obtenidos permiten demostrar que entre derecho a la inclusión digital y desarrollo económico-social en el Perú, año 2023, se da una relación muy importante; entre el derecho de acceso a las TIC y el desarrollo de la economía sostenible en el Perú, año 2023, existe una relación significativa; entre el derecho a la alfabetización digital y el desarrollo social inclusivo en el Perú, año 2023, existe una relación relevante.

The thesis entitled "RIGHT TO DIGITAL INCLUSION AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PERU, YEAR 2023", aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables under study. It was carried out considering: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law, Legal Norms of Constitutional Law, the Statute of UNICA, Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines, as well as Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulation of Degrees and Degrees, as well as Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of Theses. To develop the research, certain Data Collection Techniques were used, such as the Survey, the Documentary Analysis, with their respective Data Collection Instruments such as the Questionnaire on the Right to Digital Inclusion, the Documentary Analysis Sheet on economic-social development, in addition to carrying out a set of actions to process the information collected. The results obtained allow us to demonstrate that there is a very important relationship between the right to digital inclusion and economic-social development in Peru, in the year 2023; between the right of access to ICTs and the development of the sustainable economy in Peru, year 2023, there is a significant relationship; There is a relevant relationship between the right to digital literacy and inclusive social development in Peru, year 2023.
