Implementación de un modelo de análisis de criticidad y disponibilidad de equipos aplicado a la maquinaria del circuito de chancado HPGR y zarandas del paquete 07 planta beneficio nueva de la minera Shougang Hierro Perú

Resumen
La investigación desarrollada muestra las características de la funcionalidad e
impacto de los equipos inmersos dentro del proceso operativo, mediante el análisis
documental se llevo acabo la recopilación de datos históricos de fallas relacionados
directamente al mantenimiento mecánico de la maquinaria perteneciente a la planta de
chancado primario, también denominada planta HPGR.
Para el desarrollo del análisis de criticidad se implementó criterios de ponderación
por equipos basados en frecuencia de fallas, impacto operacional, costos de mantenimiento,
flexibilidad operacional, impacto en la seguridad, Ambiente y salud(SAS). Para el desarrollo
del flujograma para el calculo de indicadores de mantenimiento, se realizo el estudio del
funcionamiento de la planta, las etapas que lo conforman, basándonos en el flujograma
operativo de planta hpgr y zaranda cuenta con un proceso de chancado y retorno
posteriormente inicia la división en 02 líneas para el bombeo hacia la planta magnética, este
proceso operativo se planteo en un Excel previamente programado con las formulas
respectivas para el calculo de indicadores de mantenimiento.
Finalmente se obtuvo como resultado la identificación de los equipos críticos de la
planta en mención los cuales son la fajas transportadoras 023-000, 023-022 y 023-006 y el
equipo colector de polvo 035-001 considerados críticos; después del procesamiento de los
datos de fallas correctivas del año 2022, se obtuvieron los indicadores de mantenimiento por
mes y se observaron las tendencias positivas, concluyendo que existe una buena gestión de
mantenimiento hacia la maquinaria de la planta industrial objeto del estudio.
The research developed shows the characteristics of the functionality and impact of the equipment immersed in the operational process. Through documentary analysis, the collection of historical data on failures directly related to the mechanical maintenance of the machinery belonging to the primary crushing plant was carried out. also called HPGR plant. To develop the criticality analysis, weighting criteria were implemented for equipment based on failure frequency, operational impact, maintenance costs, operational flexibility, impact on safety, environment and health (SAS). For the development of the flowchart for the calculation of maintenance indicators, the study of the operation of the plant was carried out, the stages that make it up, based on the operational flowchart of the HPGR plant and screen, it has a crushing and return process, subsequently the division into 02 lines for pumping to the magnetic plant, this operational process was planned in an Excel previously programmed with the respective formulas for the calculation of maintenance indicators. Finally, the identification of the critical equipment of the plant in question was obtained as a result, which are the conveyor belts 023-000, 023-022 and 023-006 and the dust collecting equipment 035-001 considered critical; after processing the corrective failure data for the year 2022, the maintenance indicators per month were obtained and positive trends were observed, concluding that there is good maintenance management towards the machinery of the industrial plant under study.
