Formalización de predios rurales y barreras legales en el distrito de Subtanjalla - Ica, año 2024

Abstract

Demostrar la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo antes señalado. Para la ejecución de la presente investigación se tomaron en cuenta diversas disposiciones legales: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; La ley de la reforma Agraria; Ley 31145, Ley de Saneamiento Físico-Legal y Formalización de predios rurales a cargo de los gobiernos locales; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y los instrumentos de recojo de datos fueron: Cuestionario sobre Formalización de Predios rurales en el distrito de Subtanjalla-Ica, año 2024; Cuestionario sobre Barreras Legales en el distrito de Subtanjalla-Ica, año 2024. De los resultados obtenidos se puede llegar a concluir que: Entre la formalización de predios rurales y las barreras legales en el distrito de Subtanjalla-Ica, año 2024, se da una relación muy significativa; por lo cual se puede deducir que entre ambas variables se produce una relación muy importante.

In the data collection process, the Survey Technique was used and the data collection instruments were: Questionnaire on Formalization of Rural Property in the district of Subtanjalla-Ica, year 2024; Questionnaire on Legal Barriers in the district of Subtanjalla-Ica, year 2024. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that: Between the formalization of rural properties and legal barriers in the district of Subtanjalla-Ica, year 2024, there is a very significant relationship; Therefore, it can be deduced that there is a very important relationship between both variables.
