La calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del turista nacional en la agencia de viajes Sam Travel Experiences, Ica 2022

Resumen
Desde hace décadas que la satisfacción de la población producto del nivel de servicio que ofrecen
los locales es deficiente y el futuro próximo parece no mejorar, es por ello, que en este estudió se
identificó la relación que existe entre la calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del turista nacional
en la agencia de viajes Sam Travel Experiences, Ica 2022.
Para lograr dicho propósito se hizo una investigación de tipo básica, de nivel descriptivocorrelacional y de diseño no experimental, en ese sentido, se utilizó como técnicas de recolección
de datos la encuesta y como instrumento de recolección el cuestionario, asimismo, la población
fue conformado por 1800 turistas nacionales que visitaron la agencia de viajes Sam Travel
Experiences, con una muestra de 317 turistas nacionales. Por consiguiente, los niveles de
satisfacción de acuerdo a los 317 turistas nacionales que visitaron la agencia de viajes Sam Travel
Experiences, demuestran que la satisfacción está en un buen nivel con el 5% de turistas, y en un
nivel deficiente para el 20% de turistas y para el 75% restantes está en nivel regular. Finalmente,
se ha comprobado que existe una relación directa entre la calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del
turista nacional en la agencia de viajes Sam Travel Experiences Ica, 2022, (p<0.05; rho=317),
indicado que una mejor calidad de servicio le corresponde una mejor satisfacción del turista
nacional.
For decades the satisfaction of the population with the level of service offered by the locals has been deficient and the near future does not seem to improve, that is why this study identified the relationship between the quality of service and the satisfaction of the national tourist in the travel agency Sam Travel Experiences, Ica 2022. To achieve this purpose, basic research of descriptive-correlational level and non-experimental design was carried out, in that sense, the survey was used as data collection techniques and the questionnaire as a collection instrument, likewise, the population was made up of 1800 national tourists who visited the Sam Travel Experiences travel agency, with a sample of 317 national tourists. Consequently, the satisfaction levels according to the 317 national tourists who visited the Sam Travel Experiences travel agency, show that satisfaction is at a good level with 5% of tourists, and at a poor level for 20% of tourists and for the remaining 75% it is at a regular level. Finally, it has been proven that there is a direct relationship between the quality of service and the satisfaction of the national tourist in the travel agency Sam Travel Experiences Ica, 2022, (p<0.05; rho=317), indicating that a better quality of service corresponds to a better satisfaction of the national tourist.
