Lucha contra el Crimen Organizado y Papel del Legislativo-Ejecutivo en el Perú, años 2023-2024

Abstract

La Tesis “LUCHA CONTRA EL CRIMEN ORGANIZADO Y PAPEL DEL LEGISLATIVO-EJECUTIVO EN EL PERÚ, AÑOS 2023-2024” demuestra la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado. Hacerla realidad fue posible desde el punto de vista legar gracias a la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Código Civil, Código Procesal Civil; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta e Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos: Cuestionario sobre lucha contra el crimen organizado ; Cuestionario sobre papel del legislativo-ejecutivo en el Perú. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: entre, lucha contra el crimen organizado y papel del legislativo-ejecutivo en el Perú, años 2023-2024, existe una relación muy relevante; entre lucha contra el crimen organizado y papel del legislativo ejecutivo en el Perú, años 2023-2024, se da una relación muy significativa; entre lucha contra el crimen organizado y papel del legislativo-ejecutivo en el Perú, años 2023-2024, se produce una relación muy estrecha. The Thesis "FIGHT AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME AND THE ROLE OF THE LEGISLATIVE-EXECUTIVE IN PERU, YEARS 2023-2024" demonstrates the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and period of time indicated. Making it a reality was possible from the legal point of view thanks to the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and Data Collection Instruments were used: Questionnaire on the fight against organized crime; Questionnaire on the role of the legislative-executive in Peru. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: between the fight against organized crime and the role of the legislative-executive in Peru, years 2023-2024, there is a very relevant relationship; between the fight against organized crime and the role of the legislative-executive in Peru, years 2023-2024, there is a very significant relationship; between the fight against organized crime and the role of the legislative-executive in Peru, years 2023-2024, there is a very close relationship.
