planteada.
The present research had the objective of determining the relationship between managerial leadership and administrative management at the National University “San Luis Gonzaga,” Ica, in 2023. The study conducted was basic and quantitative, with a descriptive-correlational level and a non-experimental design. The research involved a population of 733 administrative staff members, from which a sample of 253 was formed. The technique used was a survey, and the instrument applied was a validated questionnaire whose reliability was guaranteed through Cronbach’s alpha (α =0.980), thus achieving good consistency. As for the results, 54% considered managerial leadership to be efficient; in its dimensions, teamwork reached 57%, organization 56%, and work participation 50%. Concerning administrative management, 57% rated it as efficient; in its dimensions, planning scored 60%, organization 65%, direction 61%, integration 54%, and control 60%. The study also demonstrated the correlation between variables, obtaining a high positive correlation coefficient, with a Spearman’s Rho correlation of r = 0.721; the p-value was 0.000 for both managerial leadership and administrative management variables, which is below the significance level (0.05).In conclusion, the research had as its general objective to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and administrative management at the National University “San Luis Gonzaga,” Ica. As a statistical result, a high positive correlation (0.721) was evidenced, obtained through Spearman’s rho correlation test. The significance value was (0.000), less than the p-value (0.05), indicating a statistically significant relationship and allowing acceptance of the proposed alternative hypothesis.
