El marco legal que regula el bullying y su relación con la situación académica de los adolescentes en las I.E. privadas en la ciudad de Ica, año 2023

Abstract

La tesis denominada “EL MARCO LEGAL QUE REGULA EL BULLYING Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA SITUACION ACADÉMICA DE LOS ADOLESCENTES EN I.E PRIVADAS EN LA CIUDAD DE ICA AÑO, 2023”, busco determinar la relación que existe entre el bullying y la situación académica que esta puede llegar a generar, asimismo la relación existente en la las amenazas que puedan proferir los victimarios y un déficit en el rendimiento estudiantil que pueda llegar a tener las víctimas constantes de este tipo de maltratos. Habiéndose planteado como hipótesis general: El marco legal que regula el bullying se relaciona directamente con la situación académica de los adolescentes en I.E. privadas en la provincia de Ica, año 2023, existe una relación significativa e hipótesis específicas: Existe una relación significativa entre el acoso y las burlas, y la situación académica de los adolescentes en instituciones educativas privadas de la provincia de Ica, año 2023, Existe una relación significativa entre las amenazas y las agresiones físicas, y la situación académica de los adolescentes en instituciones educativas privadas de la provincia de Ica, año 2023. Fue un tipo de investigación básica, de nivel correlacional y con un diseño transversal, correlacional y no experimental. Se aplicó el cuestionario a 115 Los estudiantes entre tercer y quinto grado de secundaria de instituciones privadas de la ciudad de Ica De los resultados obtenidos se logró determinar que existe una relación significativa entre el acoso y la situación académica, los cuales fueron codificados en cuadros estadísticos los cuales serán anexados al Informe Final.

The thesis called “THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK THAT REGULATES BULLYING AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE ACADEMIC SITUATION OF ADOLESCENTS IN PRIVATE I.E. IN THE CITY OF ICA, YEAR 2023”, seeks to determine the relationship that exists between bullying and the academic situation that it can also generate the existing relationship between the threats that the perpetrators may make and a deficit in student performance that the constant victims of this type of abuse may have. Having stated as a general hypothesis: The legal framework that regulates bullying is directly related to the academic situation of adolescents in I.E. private schools in the province of Ica, year 2023, there is a significant relationship and specific hypotheses: There is a significant relationship between bullying and the academic situation of adolescents in I.E. in the province of Ica, year 2023, if there is a considerable relationship; Mocking and belittling are directly related to the academic situation of adolescents in I.E. private in Ica, year 2023, there is a very important relationship. It was a type of basic research, correlational level and with a cross- sectional, correlational and non-experimental design. The questionnaire was applied to 115 students between third and fifth grade of secondary school from private institutions in the city of Ica. From the results obtained, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between harassment and academic situation, which were coded in statistical tables which will be annexed to the Final Report.
